Using month and truck-day views

Switch between day, month, and per-truck calendar layouts, and tune how job cards display.

The VanMan calendar offers several view modes so you can look at your schedule at the right level of detail. Alongside the day views, you can zoom out to a whole month or lay jobs out truck by truck.

Choosing a view mode

Pick the view that suits the job at hand:

  • 1, 3, 5 or 7-day — focus on a single day or a working week.
  • Month — see the whole month at a glance for planning ahead.
  • Trucks — a truck-day view that lays jobs out in a lane per truck, so you can see each truck's workload side by side.
Switch the view

Use the view selector on the calendar to change between the day counts, Month, and Trucks.

Set how addresses show

Use the address display toggle to control detail on job cards: Off, Suburbs, or Address. Suburbs is a good middle ground when the full address makes cards too busy.

Turn on truck colours

Enable truck background colour on job cards so each card is tinted by its truck, making it easy to read who is doing what — especially in the Trucks view.

The Trucks view is the quickest way to spot a truck that is over-loaded or sitting idle on a given day.

These display settings only change how the calendar looks. They do not affect the jobs themselves or their scheduling.
