Managing your subscription and billing

Access the billing portal to view invoices, manage your plan, and update billing details.

VanMan uses a simple all-inclusive pricing plan. You can manage every aspect of your subscription — invoices, payment methods, and billing cycle — from the billing portal.

Open the billing portal

Navigate to Settings > Billing and click Manage billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where all your subscription details are managed.

View your invoices

The billing portal shows a history of all invoices including the amount, date, and payment status. Click any invoice to download a PDF for your records.

Switch billing cycle

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

VanMan has a single plan with all features included — unlimited jobs, unlimited contacts, unlimited users, Xero integration, mobile app, team chat, and customer communications. There are no feature tiers or per-user charges.

Switch to annual billing to save 20%. You can switch back to monthly at any time if your needs change.
